We hereby inform you that we process the personal data you provide to us in connection with e-mail or telephone contact.

This data is provided to us by sending us an e-mail, including via the contact form, by leaving a request for a phone call, or by sending an enquiry through any other communication channel.

This data is processed in order to reply to you and, where applicable, to archive correspondence. Details are provided below.

Purposes and legal bases of processing

Data is processed for the following purposes:

replying to an e-mail enquiry received or contacting you by phone in response to your request for such contact – the legal basis for processing is your consent resulting from initiating contact with us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
archiving incoming and outgoing correspondence in case we need to demonstrate its course, which is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Data recipients

We may share your personal data with our subcontractors, i.e. entities whose services we use when processing personal data:

Data retention period

Your data will be processed until the end of your communication with us. After this period it may be deleted, but it may also be archived if we consider that the course of the communication justifies such archiving, e.g. in case we need to demonstrate that course in the future. In this respect we are unable to specify a definite date for deleting the data.

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

the right to access your data and to receive a copy of it,
the right to rectify (correct) your data,
the right to erasure of data (if you believe there are no grounds for us to process your data, you may request that we delete it),
the right to restrict processing (you may request that we limit the processing of data solely to storing it or carrying out actions agreed with you, if we hold incorrect data or are processing it without grounds),
the right to object to processing (you have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest; you should indicate to us your particular situation which, in your opinion, justifies us ceasing the processing covered by the objection. We will stop processing your data for these purposes unless we demonstrate that our grounds for processing override your rights, or that your data is necessary for us to establish, pursue or defend claims),
the right to data portability (you have the right to receive from us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, the personal data you provided to us on the basis of a contract or your consent. You may instruct us to send this data directly to another entity),
the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (if you find that we are processing data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority).
